At the end of each MoraleCheck and ExitCheck project, your organization will receive an aggregate reporting package containing statistical reports and question by question verbatim comments. Clients that elect a confidential style of reporting for services will also be able to generate the results of individual Onboarding interviews, ConcernCheck reports, and ExitCheck interviews. Our  standard reporting package delivers the following reports:

Executive Summary Report This "quick guage" report highlights the areas of inquiry that revealed both corporate strength and areas for potential investment	Statistical Analysis Question by question Statistical results.	Demographics Enables clients to track participation rates and request additional reports based on demographic variables.
Reason for Leaving A statistical and verbatim representation of the key reasons employees are leaving the organization.	Detailed Analysis The quantitative results and verbatim responses from all participants for each of the interview questions.	Individual Reports Delivers the statistical and verbatim results for each ExitCheck and ConcernCheck interview in real-time.
