Phone By Phone
Our HR Interviewers contact your employees, or your employees can call us. Each interviewer has conducted thousands of HR-related interviews, and are trained to elicit candid, detailed information in response to relaxed yet probing questions. We will follow-up as necessary to ensure a strong completion level, and our customers can benefit from our extended operating hours.
   
Online Online
Our web tool is sophisticated, user friendly, and has the ability to maintain complete anonymity. Question design and screen layout prompts the capture of both statistical responses and verbatim details for each question posed. Customers can choose from a program where contact is initiated via email, telephone or even a hand-out wherein employees are asked to visit a specific web URL.
   
Paper On Paper
We receive paper-based responses to questionnaires coordinated and distributed by our customers. Custom workflow management software and processes ensures high quality data entry.
   
Hybrid Approach Hybrid Approach
We adopt a blended approach of telephone interviews, web interviews and paper surveys to capture detailed workforce data while at the same time providing flexible options that allow employees to participate in a manner that is comfortable and convenient for them. Initial contact can be made via telephone or email, and paper surveys can be included in the employees exit package.
